National Campaigns Launch - This Saturday - Register Now

We’re now just a few days away from the union’s 2023 Campaigns launch - this Saturday at midday to be precise. This year, the launch is taking place at Rebel Reads in Cork City.

This launch follows on from our Ard Fheis earlier in the year, in which members voted on the 2 national campaigns which will be prioritised both on an islandwide basis as well as throughout our various local branch areas.

Campaigning against evictions and in favour of universal public housing are those areas of focus and the success of our work depends on as many members as possible participating.

Members who can join from outside Cork will have their travel either paid for in advance or reimbursed, depending on your preference. Additionally, accommodation will be laid on if required for either Friday or Saturday night.

There is an Eventbrite where you can register your attendance HERE and a Google Form to capture travel/accommodation requirements HERE. If you’re planning to head along, please try to complete the form as soon as possible so that the necessary arrangements can be made in good time.

Please do consider making the trip if you can - a well attended launch allows us to work with a higher democratic mandate, and of course many hands make light work.
